On my previous computer I had realtek audio and an option to normalise volume. This worked great in CC and meant that most chatters were around about the same volume level.
I'm now on a laptop and no longer have this option. As I run expensive speakers on my computer I don't really want someone's voice blaring through them and destroying the speakers because they didn't have their mic set right.

I suggestvolume normalisation be added into the playback settings in CC. It isn't possible to level mic volume automatically as far as I'm aware (windows settings security blah blah) but normalising audio before transmitting it for playback should be possible. Somehow :)
