Can you tell us which version of Adobe should we have that will work with the chat application, since the newest one doesn't seem compatible?

there is a lot of choices and I don't want to install another one and find out it doesn't work either.

first run the adobe uninstaller

reboot then install the 10.3

This seems to be somewhat subjective to which browser you're using. To make it simple, my advice is to use 10.3 (32-bit). I'm currently using this for Firefox and I'm not having any trouble.

I tried using the latest version of Flash (11.3 Beta just became available) on IE, and the problem is still prevalent. :( So I'm stuck with 10.3 for now.

The latest update to Flash version 11.2 seems to be playing nicely with CC; although I noticed the in-chat volume slider isn't apparent anymore. :confused:

Keep in mind that these links direct you to the 32-bit versions of Flash player 11.2. I have an old system, so I can't test the 64-bkt versions.

Also, there is a Flash version 11.3 in beta. It didn't work when I tested it, so anyone looking to update, stick with the latest patch for 11.2 (which is 11.2.202.233). Avoid 11.3. And if all else fails, use 10.3 until the problem is fixed.
