i have no clue....but am just as curious

Rep power is simple, other members give you reps for posts that you;ve made. So if you did somethign that somoen thought was awesome, they boost your rep.

Basically just a nice way of saying " People think you're cool by what you post because you are nice/helpful funny etc" kind of thing. Go go ahead and use it! lol
