Hi Members :D

I cant help notice something on these forums. The fact I cant understand most here LOL. While everyone spent their time reading about God, I was living it. It would be really great if I could understand the Bible the way you guys and girls do. But at the moment, when members type, your all sounding like the Bible itself. Not that its bad LOL, dont get me wrong, but for someone picking up the Bible for the first time, would be like "What?" Kinda like what Im doing now  Is it possible for this?

It is a good idea, but I am not sure it would have the desired effect. I'm afraid that if such a forum was made, people would still go there to enter debates, and talk just a "confusing" as they do other places.

I think we as Christians have a responsibility to explain the word of God with words others can understand. Hopefully most people will be willing to explain if you ask them to word themselves differently. (if they are not willing to, perhaps what they say isn't worth listening to in the first place ;) )

This is totally for me lol. Thank you, Lord. I came to Christ a year ago, and as the old adage goes 'we can't run before we can walk'. We're all at different stages of our walk in Christ, but we ALL have something to give. Some will be able to articulate in simple terms, whereas others will quote scripture continually, which IS the truth, but sometimes we need just basic, plain english. Some might not pay any attention to an individual that isn't quoting scripture because it doesn't appeal to their truth, and vice versa, a person that is continually quoting scripture may not appeal to a simplistic view. But there is only ONE truth, the word of God, Jesus, our Lord and saviour. It's just that different people have their own way of of understanding, so I believe, it's meeting somewhere in the middle. At the end of the day, everything has to be measured up to the ONE truth that never changes, because truth never changes. It's the one constant, and consistent factor that Faith is built on. Our precious Lord Jesus. Amen.

Well yes it can also happen to those who have been reading the Bible for a long time now, like me.. :)
no one can't fully understand the whole Bible because it's not the word of man but God's, but we can learn and be wise through reading the Bible. For as long as you kept the Word of God in your heart and just like you said you're living it, then its okay even if someone is more knowledgeable in the Bible but you (we) can be like that too.. ;)
