I think it might be rather "handy" if there were an extra 'statistic' available, indicating how many people have you "on ignore"...
As an example -- as far as I know, nobody is "ignoring" me - but, "you never know"...
Knowing the particular number - whether 0, 1, 5, 15, or 150 - could be very useful.
Even more useful, of course, would be a list of the actual people who have you targeted you with the 'ignore' feature;however, just having a count would be very worthwhile (I think).

It would serve as a kind of "heads up" warning indicator that would suggest to a member that they might want to re-evaluate themselves with regard to how they are "coming across" to other members, etc.
