I think this would be a great addition to the site.

A 'message history' icon on everyone's profile. When I click on a person's icon it will bring up all message history I have had with them. Makes it so much easier to find specific emails.

Just my thoughts :)

That would be convenient. :) Since there is a message filter 'by username' feature already, we'll see if Mods/Admins find it viable.

In your inbox, you'll see, along the top of the box, 'title/sender' on the left, and on the right 'date'. Clicking one of these organizes the mails into that particular order. Maybe not as easy as the suggestion you have, but it could help possibly.
