You could see whether you can cut an paste these characters below into the chat window. In computer science talk I think it depends upon whether the application is unicode or ansi. Unicode has the support for the different characters of different languages, like Hebrew. Ansi, in contrast, is our English alphabet only. For instance this forum here accepts unicode because I've pasted in some examples of Hebrew fonts below. I would think this chat which is written in Macromedia Flash should be able to handle unicode being a Windows NT application.
Samples of Hebrew Fonts:
Arial (consonents only): אבגדהוזחטיךכלםמןנסעףפץצקרשת
Arial (with nikkud): אְבֱּגֲדֳהִוֵזֶחַטָיֹךְכֱּלֲםֳמִןֻנסעףפְץֱצֲקֳרִשת
Courier New (consonents only): אבגדהוזחטיךכלםמןנסעףפץצקרשת
Courier New (with nikkud): אְבֱּגֲדֳהִוֵזֶחַטָיֹךְכֱּלֲםֳמִןֻנסעףפְץֱצֲקֳרִשת
Tahoma (consonents only): אבגדהוזחטיךכלםמןנסעףפץצקרשת
Tahoma (with nikkud): אְבֱּגֲדֳהִוֵזֶחַטָיֹךְכֱּלֲםֳמִןֻנסעףפְץֱצֲקֳרִשת
I like the idea DieuMerci. If we are going to allow Hebrew perhaps we should allow Greek as well. It is all part of the same unicode scheme.
