So I've been wondering, I"m not sure this may have been asked or suggested before, but anyhow....

when we post a thread, do we have an option to go and delete comments others may have left that weren't so nice, offensive, or whatever?

If not, could we maybe have that one day? I mean, I have held back posting questions, prayer request, etc. due to some of the responses I've seen on here and all.

If we already have that option, how do we make it work? Sorry, hope that's not too much trouble. Just a radom thought/question/suggestion I've had on my mind and heart lately.

God bless everyone!:)

I hear what you are saying, and I can understand how you feel. But for these forums to work correctly I think we really should see all of the views people have, that's what makes all of this so productive.

Yeah, you can't delete a post, but the Moderators can.

That's why we have the 'report post' button on each post. If you see something you deem inappropriate, then report it and it will be attended to.

We don't have 24/7 moderation of the forums or chat, but we do the best we can with what we have. So that's the best advice I can give to you. Report it if it's inappropriate- it gets sent direct to all mods, and then the next available mod can review it and make a decision.

Hope that helps :)

I totally understand what y'all are saying, and I respect that othershave a right to express how they feel. The thing is, somethings...well it's hard to explain. No worries, I'll just post this prayer request I have, and not go into details. That will avoid anything being said that shouldn't. Thanks to both of you, and God bless.

You could always PC a couple of people you really trust, with all the details.

That way you have a few solid, people you trust, praying for you...

Just a thought..

I have thought about that. I'm just rarely in chat anymore it seems. *shrugs* I'll see.
