Full preterists believe that all end time prophecies were fulfilled with the destruction of the temple in 70 AD which most Christians would hold to be heresy because this would mean that the millenial reign has already happened and our hope for salvation is nonexistent.
Partial preterists (such as 1still_waters) believe that some (or most) of end times prophecies were fulfilled with the destruction of the temple in 70 AD. They believe that some (or many) of the end times prophecies have yet to be fulfilled which falls within orthodox doctrine.
