Please, please, please fix ignore

How many times and how many ways do I have to ignore someone before they actually get ignored? I have ignored them everytime on PM and even went to their profile to add them to my ignore list and they are still PM'ing me. Please fix this for me and for everyone else who wants to continue enjoying this wonderful site.

If you put someone on ignore, and they leave the room and return, it 'voids' out the current ignore feature, so they can pm you again. The same for if you leave the room and return.

Adding them to the ignore list on your profile only blocks them within the forums, not in the room. They are two separate systems.

Very annoying, there's this one guy who is always pming me even after I've asked him on several occasions to STOP. I wish we could have a permanent ignore feature.

Not having a permanent ignore feature is really bogus and not something that would be expected on such a high quality chat such as CC.

I must agree with Bilvad here. It is not good that the ignore function disappears if the person bugging others leave the room and returns. It should be fully possible to have a permanent ignore feature (I am pretty sure it has kept me from getting banned in the past :p )

then the best thing to do is to report the person who keeps annoying you, and have the mods or admin to have words, and if the person continues, then its in the hands of the mods or admin to ban them, It is annoying when the ignore button doesnt live up to its name, but having saying that, there is a report button you can use. I know the mods or admin will sort them out. even if it comes to banning them.

Unless it's been fixed, which i haven't heard mention of either way, the current report button in chat room PMs doesn't work since the new chat was installed.

Maybe a mod or admin can come in and verify if this is still the case or if it has been fixed.
