Before I say what I need prayer over, I'll give you a little background.
I'm in my senior year of high school (grade 12) and feel like God is calling me to either Belize or Orlando Florida (I'm in Canada) to do a YWAM DTS. I was a little skeptical when I first felt led there because I've heard about many good experiences and a couple bad ones, but I'm going to follow Gods calling where ever it takes me. I've always been interested in missions, and went on my first mission trip to Jamaica last April. Since then I've had a burning passion to do more. My parents think that YWAM is a great thing, but they don't want me going because it's about 10-15 grand and I'm not getting a college degree out of it. I know that if that's where I'm supposed to be, then I will get the money needed, but my parents are stressing me out because they're only focusing on the negative things of doing this.
SO PLEASE pray over my financial situation and that the money needed to fund this will come. Also please pray for a change of heart on my parents behalf that they'll start looking at the positives.
