I feel like I should share this healing testimony from a few years ago. The Lord me led me to start praying for my family and friends that "our bodies work as God created them to in the Garden of Eden." I faithfully prayed that for a year, then changed my prayers and kind of forgot about it until one day before school started.
My daughter was a little short sighted. She needed glasses to see the board at school. We were at the eye doctor to see if her prescription was still good. I have been short sighted since I was 12. It got worse every year until I got RK surgery. That's why I expected her eyes to get worse as well even though she said she could see the board fine now without her glasses.
Then the eye doctor confirmed what she said. Her eyes had gotten better! She no longer needed glasses. He said it was a little unusual and checked her eyes twice. Her eyesight had actually improved.
I praised God for healing her eyesight even though I never prayed about it. Then He reminded me about the prayer that "our bodies work just as God created them to in the Garden of Eden. It was a surprise answer to an obedient prayer. Our God is mighty to save (and heal) (and answer prayers).
