Thankful!!!!!!!!

Ever since I was a little girl, to a teenager and early adult hood I've been bad!!!! Just wanting to do what I wanted to do...I'm realizing all the things I use to do from lying, stealing, staying out all night, being disrespectful and mistreating others and not caring about anyone but myself...I have to THANK GOD THAT IM STILL HERE!!!!! So many times I could of got rape, kidnapped or even killed as a child and a teenager I would sneak outside all types of hours of the night...anything could of happened to me...I HAVE TO THANK GOD FOR PROTECTING ME!!!!!! With all the stealing I've done and selling drugs I should be in jail..IM THANKFUL TO STILL HAVE MY FREEDOM!!!! As I got older I'm
29 now, that life is way too short...once you are born your days are numbered!!!! I JUST HAVE TO THANK GOD THAT IM STILL HERE!!!!!!

And well you should learning!!!! But not just you!! LOL All of us have come very short in our lifetime! What is so wonderful about Jesus is his goodness is for us every single day!( psalms 27:13) And God is good, simply because God is so very good!!

In my 62 years, I should have perished more then just a few times! Before Jesus, for the very same reasons you gave,and after Jesus came into me simply because through him I have learned this.( Acts 20:24) So I pour out as much grace as I can to others now,knowing all to personal just how much grace, I, in Christ Jesus have matured in!( 2 Peter 3:18) My work is not yet done,for when it is finished,I will then be completed ( phil 1:6)and be with him, in my true home!

Thank you sister learning for the very fine reminder, for the very will of Jesus himself is for us to always be, and ever remain thankful to him!!( 1 thess 5:18!) And from our thanksgiving, Jesus brings us out of the pit, and makes our footsteps now firm, to follow after him!( psalms 40:1-3) Blessing to you in Christ Jesus!

Praise God for you sister, and the testimony He gives you. You are so right, life is short. Here today, gone tomorrow...but eternally with Jesus for those who's name He knows. One of the things I have found to be true is that there is so much mercy and faithfulness in the way God deals with us. Even when his hand of discipline is upon us, its out of His great love for his children. He has plans for you Learing_gemini29. I relate very much with what you're saying. I too am very thankful to have a God that saved me despite all the crazy stuff I'd done as well. All glory to Him alone. Thanks for sharing I understand firsthand sister.
