It is in the final mile we run, we find out, why it becomes so important for us to finish the race we started. Jesus created us to form a pattern! But one cannot act out the change in ones pattern, until one has changed the pattern of ones mindset! Hence the secret is having the ability through our Jesus in us to finish the race!
The mindset cannot change like the weather, it cannot be directed with any assurance of ones feeling or emotions! It become a pattern of Christian Life governed by our humility in our Lord Jesus! ( Phil 2:1-5) It counts you as more important then self, the pattern reminds us of the interest of others, not of self. For in this pattern the attitude of hope rests upon!( Rom 15:13) Rendering an established peace!
For others, and for self! Joy is made complete by being of the very same mindset with other believers, and this only can happen when other believers learn your pattern has been taught to you by Holy Spirit!( 1 John 2:27)Rather then barking out ones shortcoming, just to make oneself FEEL good!
It is my brothers and sisters what I am learning coming upon my last mile! IF you establish this mindset to first form a pattern, only then can we walk in the same pattern, because you see this first in your mind! It is the place sin begins, or ends at! And our action is the result of what pattern we have formed to begin with!( Phil 1:6)
Like any action, it takes work to perfect it! The only work we have!! To believe!!( John 6:28-29) For it is by ones belief in the first place, that action takes root, and becomes habit forming!! And if enough people see this, they will catch on with you having to say a whole lot!
For doing, out shines hearing every day of the week!( James 1:22) doing is believing, hearing is not! Hence the large difference in ones pattern! hearing is good,( Rom 10:17) provided the mindset is willing to become the new creature we say we are!( 2 Cor 5:17-20) In the final mile I examine( 2Cor 13:5) so that I know in myself, I will finish!! This race is not about you getting first place, but rather seeing ALL get first place together, in one accord! That is the pattern of Christ Jesus to me! May we consider this, and grow daily in his grace!( 2 peter 3:18)
