January 10th is a very special day for me for many reasons, but one in particular. I will be completely sober for 6 years.

God led me to sobriety and a final decision to live for Him and commit myself fully to that end was the reason. I am eternally grateful for that. Still a work in progress,

23 years ago, God came into my life...or rather I noticed! :)

Thank you, Jesus for all.

January 17th...7 days have passed since I smoked my last cigarette. I've tried before, even posted it here. Stronger in Christ and determined as I used the same date as the sobriety. (It only made sense!!!) Please pray for me to maintain the strength, the commitment and the gratitude for the grace. Love -student

Something I rarely share, my dog Sandy was born on that day as well. Many years ago, but I adored that dog. I've had several but he was the shy, timid pup that touched my heart. Thank you for this! I've been blessed!

Our God is so faithful and Kind beyond understanding...

Five days ago this post was triggered in my inbox e-mail, so I came to check it out as I had not had an email from cc for a few days...And guess what...
I was struggling through day two of my smoke-free life ...

LOL I was feeling off and your post refueled me ...

God knew I needed to here you were still trying...How kind is our King*****

at any rate I am 7 days into my smoke-free future after 30 years of a pack to a pack and a half a day torturing myself no more...I felt the lord saying I to needed to share a quick testimony ...so here it is God is with us and for us always just as he promised he is unchanging in his love for us and we can be assured if we have needs he knows about it...Shalom holy blessings I am off to work rejoicing in our king tonight and always .... <><
