I'm giving my testimony tomorrow about the work God has done in me, through me, for me to meet Him at the cross. I won't go into all that, but it's about the diagnosis of Schizophrenia and how God has been so good to me and to my children to lead them, in spite of me, to Himself and bring me back to life.

1. I could use prayer.
2. I missed you. I'm not completely sure why I haven't been here. I sure have missed it.
3. It's been a rough day.

That's past...it's a Has Been.hard day, hard beginning..God is good and I'm back....in His Mercy, by His Grace, with His Love...I am on time, in His book and in His Heart. Little girl is grown...Here I come, Lord. Watch out World...God works through me now, and He means BUSINESS!!!!

The best advice I ever got concerning mental illness and recovery was from a pulpit, "A person with mental illness can get well IF they open the bible and immerse themselves in it." I know that as truth. I'm not 100% there...I may not be this side of heaven. Too many days depressed to take organization and neatness seriously...beyond that, I'm doing great...I could call it nothing less than a multitude of miracles. Along with my two little cats - Maggie (gone beyond) and now Lily who comfort me when I need a hug. I'm off of disability. I'm not rich or making a mint, I'm making a difference for Jesus. That's the point. I love you. No matter if you are on or off disability. I still take meds...if a crutch, then a crutch. No big deal. But I also take God...to work, to church, to the store and to the post office. I praise, I pray and I partake of the daily bread in one fashion or another. Christian music is my mantra...that and that alone is often all I take in. I don't watch TV, listen to secular music or radio. I stay close to my Lord. It makes a difference, to me, but also to those I meet. Be blessed. -student
