Man..I was a wreck before coming to Christ..it's been..20 yrs as a firm believer in Him. Let me tell you.along the way I fell into disobedience but He took me back. I've experienced healings and miracles and have witnessed demonic spirits being cast out..and homosexuals and lesbians have been set free in the ministry where I've been a member since 13 yrs old. Recently the Lord kept me safe in a car crash in March..the truck was totaled but we walked away with minor injuries.. Praise God..I'll. Share more later..

The truck was hit on the passenger side..where I was sitting strapped in..and asleep..it was early morning March 22 of this year..the impact jolted me awake.. Glass fragments were flying everywhere..the truck was actually sliding sideways on a residential street..let me tell you.. I had never been so afraid in my life..but the Lord brought us through it. I think it was 2 or 3 days later when I joined C.C..I was in a great deal of pain from the minor injury to my knee and thigh..there was no permanent damage...Praise God..and 2weeks ago I got off the crutches and am walking around fine..

It saddens me sometimes how people..even Christians don't trust the Lord to bring them through a bad situation. Mostly I think it's because of lack of faith. At 1 time I was lacking in faith and had to pray about that. See .it's hard for some people to believe in a man that they've never seen..like Jesus..I've never seen Him..but I had to grow to know Him through scripture and I found out that He is worth knowing. Then came my personal decision to accept Him into my heart..that's when the enemy got mad and tried to derail my walk with Christ..by putting temptation in my path..More testimony later..

My first experience with the Holy Ghost was at 16 .We were at a tent Revival meeting under Bro.David Terrell.. And he was praying for people..and suddenly it seemed like everybody had gone mad!! Folk were jumping and shouting and passing out..and speaking in what I at first thought was gibberish and it was a chilling moment..frankly I was looking for the nearest exit!! See I'd heard bout the HolySpirit but I'd never seen it in action.. Of course people got "happy" at my church but nothing like what I was witnessing that night! Then suddenly it felt like someone was blowing a hot wind on my entire body.. My heart was pounding..I was shaking.. And crying and something seemed to brush up against me..but I got up and ran from beneath the tent..I began to call on Jesus right then in that field out in the country..tears were streaming down my cheeks..I remember just stretching out on the cool grass and simply yielding ..my mother came out later and once I got it together we left.. I described my experience to her.. Next day doubt tried to set in..I was right back to thinking that those people were touched in the head..and that we'd all just experienced a group hysteria..

I think I'm going to stop my testimony right here..until I can figure out how to tell it without being so wordy..and just say that it took a while for me to understand the movement of the spirit of God..at least back then..I have much more experience of it now..and a greater love and appreciation for Jesus and an even stronger desire to run this race for Him.
