This is not my testimony, but at a small men's group at my local church I had the honor of hearing one of the most powerful testimonies I have ever heard.

As we all sat around the table, waiting for everyone to arrive, I noticed a new guy walk in with one of our members. He was a large man, every inch of his exposed body covered in ink, including his face. First thought that came to mind was "don't judge", but, man, I can't picture someone like this ever coming to Christ! Well he spoke for a good two hours, and turns out that he goes all over the world to speak about Christ. He was so humble, but yet real, and the funny thing was that he couldn't understand what people see in his testimony. So, if you ever get a chance to meet him in person, do so, and if not, search up the name "Michael 'Bull' Roberts" for a little part of his story ... You won't be disappointed, I promise you!

Reminds me of the lead singer of megadeth who recently became a Christian.
It is never too late to find God. And when you do, he makes you feel loved. Like your whole life means something:)

Well worth the reading, inspirational thanks for sharing Daszed!
Thank you very much, gentlemen for sharing this information. I emailed it to several people I know who will be blessed by Michael's amazing testimony.

I'm happy to see that Michael's story is being spread around, he was really an amazing person. I do feel the need to add that during his conversation with us, he did mention something, actually many things that aren't in that article, but most importantly, his heart is in really bad shape, he needs bypass surgery. He believes that God keeps him weak to keep him humble. He sells paintings and writes books and he keeps just enough money to keep a couple boxes of kd in the cupboard, and some food for his pet dog. The proceeds that he did receive from his first published book, he said that he keep a hundred dollars, and with the rest he bought a number of backpacks and filled them with what he called a survival kit, and then walked the streets handing them out to the homeless. He said that the feeling he got was worth more than anything he could've bought with the money. He lives in a basement apartment and does not own a car. He does not want to accept charity because he doesn't want to be stereotyped as a sort of evangelist that gets rich from the kindness of others. Once in a while he'll post some of his work for sale and within hours he is compelled to take it down because he just doesn't feel right. Overall it was humbling to see a man as intimidating a he looked, have a heart that easily tripled his size. This man is the real thing!

This is absolutely true. It is only with God that your life has meaning.
