What God Has Done For Me

Upon making this account I think the best first thing to do is declare what God has done for me!

God has:

Saved my life
Delivered me from the hands of my enemies
Healed my eyes
Healed my back and sickness
Made me bold and confident though I used to be quiet, shy, and afraid
Taught me how to love
Taught me how to receive
Given me gifts to bring him glory
Given me wisdom, knowledge, and discernment
Taught me how to stand firm
Gave me everything that he is so that I can be strong even though on my own I am weak
Given me christian friends so that we can build each other up in Christ
Brought me to higher places
Never left me alone
Loves me constantly
Went ahead of me and prepared the way
(And probably much more that I haven't thought to mention)


I know this list is not very descriptive but it is a summary. I know I am imperfect but I believe that God will continue to bring me forward in him and that I will grow in what he has given me. If you are struggling tonight do not lose hope. I encourage you to make a list of the things God has done for you.

I am new to this forum, as well, and it was so good to read your testimony. I feel my faith has strengthened after reading what you shared. Truly, “the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord will give grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly” (Psalm 84:11). All Glory to Him!
