Hey guys. I'm in a weird/scary point in my life where I'm fully dependant on God. There's no one that could help me with my situation other than God himself. I'm not comfortable sharing what I'm going through, but I'm hoping that maybe someone can share a story where you thought that what you were going through was near impossible to be fixed but God fixed it. I'd appreciate it very much :)

I have been through several horrible things but yes one big thing. Was a God only intervention. My husband. Had a loaded riffle and threatened. Suicide. In front of me I strongly feel that God saved me that day from harm and my husband. Not something. I ever want to revisit or like talking about but I hope it. Helps. I think if you have faith and believe God will protect you and give you strength. To battle even the biggest problems. My advice is tackle your problem one day at a time. Do not overwhelm yourself by thinking to far a head. If you ever want to pm me feel free. I am willing to listen and not judge at all hope that helps you I WILL PRAY FOR YOU

The hardest time of dependancy on God was in 2012 May 1st till December 12th that year.
My father literally kidnapped me to his girlfriend in the US and my mom had to get me through court which took 8 months. In that time I nearly died of an tooth abcess (which the doc said if I came in the ER a few mind later Id be dead) being put on drugs and starved by my fathers girlfriend while my mom was fighting and getting me tracked.
These were very long 8months with time running out and yet I am back home with my mom and alive to this day. God made sure I had people in church that took care of me when they could, had surgery when I needed it, and though I turned my head away from him he came down to me and saved me. My mom was all bones..it was scary how much weight she lost and when I was back home (she picked me up and flew me home) I had the full effect of cold turkey from the stuff my dads girlfriend put me on.. Shaking, panic attacks, being disoriented and and and.
All my mom did was pray and trust God.
Now a few years later I had a brain scan and there is no sign of anything anywhere from drugs damaging my brain. No tumor and no damage.

No matter what happens. If your close to death or whatever. God will save you and he will hold you and will not let you go. It may seem hard to trust him but the outcome when you do is the most beautiful thing with the most precious rewards.

Hello,

Oh our God is wonderful! I have more than one story, but time would fail me to list them all!

It was 2005. We lived in New Orleans and 8-28 there was a mandatory evacuation. Not the first time. So we packed up, and pulled out. In the past evacuations we had no water in the house, and didn't expect any this time, either - or at least no more than 4'. We had items 'put up' in the house. We ended up being stuck behind thousands of cars in the middle of nowhere in MS, still in the pathway of Katrina. Our original evacuation plans had been scrapped because of state troopers that refused to let us head east (we had a friend in Pensacola who was waiting for us). There we were. Night had fallen and we were in the dark. I was about to fall asleep at the wheel. We pulled into a gas station so I could use the bathroom (traveling in 2 cars). When I came out, my husband was with a couple who had offered for us to stay at their home that night. My husband nodded "Yes." Complete strangers. Deep into the woods we followed behind them. Turned out they were Christians. We prayed together with them that night for protection, since, again, we were still in the pathway of hurricane Katrina. In the morning, the power was out. We walked outside, and though there were downed power lines, none of our cars were harmed. Then up we looked at the roof. There was a huge tree that had fallen on the roof, but did not go through the roof. It was as if a strong angel rested the tree on the housetop. No damage! We could have been killed/should have been killed with the tree bashing through the roof and into the room where we slept.

That is only part A of the story. God provided for us 1. a place to stay, with complete strangers 2. they fed us for 3 days. After that, I have story after story about the Lord's provision, since our home was under water for 3 weeks, and we could not return to live in it. Our God is a God of deliverances and provision!!!! Halleluia!!!

Grateful!

Woah, thank you so much for sharing sister. I know that must've been hard to share. You're right I need to tackle this problem one day at a time, really needed to hear that. Oh God bless you so much!

wow sis that's a wild story. I can see that God loves you and your mom. He answered her prayers. The fact that it was a span of 8 months makes it similar to my problem. Shows me that I can get through this too :D

Amazing, just amazing. It sounded like a mini movie. That last part about the tree not bashing through the roof just shows God's provision and miracle working nature. If you ever want to, I'd love to hear another story!

Don't hate me for saying this but....
Good!! What a wonderful place to be in!!!! May not seem like it, but there's a reason you're in this spot.

Umm....
A story...
My life haha....
He's kept me alive through a couple suicide attempts, abuse to the point that it threatened my life, cancer twice, pneumonia, pleurisy ect.

Nothing is impossible,
I know,
It's annoying when people say that,
But God has total control,
Is walking in water impossible? Is raising the dead or making the blind see again impossible?
Well....now let me ask you this,
Is God saving His beloved child from a situation he is in impossible?

His plans will ALWAYS triumph over ours

I think a big problem I'm having is that idk what God's plan is for my situation to be fixed so I'm getting stressed out and angry due to fear of nasty consequences that may happen if God doesn't help me. I'm sure he will though. Thank you :)

He NEVER lets His children down. He is a just Father who loves you very much. And here's the truth, He may let us wrestle with trials for a little, and His timing may not be what we wanted,
But I'll tell you what, His timing is always PERFECT. Every move He makes in your life.... perfect
Every time He waits to take action....perfect
Each detail in His plan for you....perfect

We tend to rely so much on ourselves in this world because, yes it is scary, but God doesn't want 50% or even 99% of us, he wants all of us, all of our heart, our faith, our mind,
He wants all of it because He knows that whatever you plan for yourself won't be as good as what He has in store for you :)

All I can do is hope you're telling the truth. Right now I'm losing a lot of faith in God. I'm starting to think I'm going insane because I believe in someone I've never seen or heard. I know God is there he just has to be.
