Before all the violence in Charlottsville, I was fishing in the ocean in a river in Alaska for salmon, and believe I heard a message from Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. after many hours of fishing.
The events were like this:

A couple weeks earlier, some tourists visited a historic church near where I live, and they had an adopted African American daughter. I mentioned to them that across the bay, in a chain of volcanoes, there was an epicenter for a large earthquake two january's ago just before Martin Luther King Day, a 7.1 "slip-strike" quake, or tectonic slip followed by a tectonic strike that occurs deep within the earth, as opposed to a surface fault slip. This was a similar quake to the 1964 Good Friday quake hear inAlaska which was a horrific 9.2 disaster. This was a year before a vision of Jesus at school during Christmas.

The 7.1 quake occurred while I was preparing for a Martin Luther King Day observance where I lived, that I had organized. I had also prayed for a quake to warn my enemies and the enemies of God of the warnings and other things I had been saying, unfortunately, including a public call to warn for France to warn the Islamics with a nuclear warning, which is of course the wrong answer instead of military policing action towards militants, which is what France did. I also had a dream of a large button suspended in the air over a volcano shortly before the quake, which I interpreted as God warning me that His power is FAR greater than man's power. A few seconds before the quake I awoke saying the words, "I know the power of God is real."

Enough said.

While fishing, I saw an African American father spending quality time with his wife and kids on the beach fishing and also shared with him about the quake two years ago near MLK day. And he said, "you mean the one with all the aftershocks."
I said, "yeah."

so, back to fishing for several grueling hours in the ocean with my net till 3:00 AM. I know I heard the voice of Martin Luther King Jr. say (keep in mind that those who have departed this life normally can not communicate directly, but, I believe Angels can relay messages occasionally). He said clearly, even sounding like his voice:

"IF YOU CATCH A GRATEFUL HEART, MAYBE YOU WILL CATCH A FISH!"

So, I finally caught two salmon sometime after 3:00 AM,and several the next day.

It was a great day fishing! I felt some people were harrassing me and trying to "sting," me for some reason, with a car parked near with a camera on the dash, and the next day, I was making rhymes, which I have done all my life, and saying to myself, like Muhammed Ali,:

"You can't sting a bee, or Muhammed Ali!" And you can't sting me!
I'm harrassed a lot by strange people--
So, the next day I was sitting on the beach in the sun, getting ready to fish and I suited up for fishing, and I realized my raincoat was black and yellow-- the color of a bee--
and I laughed out loud.

Not only did God defeat my enemies, He sent them a message and myself.
So, don't worry about all the crazies in the world--
trust in God to defeat them and protect us from them, and in the end

"THE MEEK SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH."

Sorry it took so long to respond to this-- Been in the wilderness a bit. No,it was for real. I worked very hard on the MLK day observance two years ago, because his speech had such an impact on me, and I wanted to do my part to honor his day because of what was going on in the country and still is going on. I believe in the divine revelation of the connection between Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and the monk, Martin Luther, and the amazing impact both of them had in history on freedom, both spiritual freedom and freedom from national oppression.

And, it is significant that the monk Martin Luther stood up to what amounted to misinterpretations of the Bible by the Catholic Church then, and lacking the doctrine of salvation can only be received, and begin, as a free-gift. It's also significant that the Church at that time was lacking in cultural diversity in positions of authority, and that the monk Martin Luther lived some 500 years before the rise of a white supremist anti-christ regime, that was also anti-zion.

Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., was also a powerful voice of freedom in America, both as an advocate of peaceful social change, and as a martyr for social justice and the message of freedom and equality of the Gospel of Christ. I don't have it in front of me, but, toward the end of his speech, there was also a message that alluded to the return of Christ.
As i was preparing this MLK day observance, on or near the same day I recorded the video for the presentation, there was a large earthquake of 7.1, a "slip-strike" tectonic quake, one that had been revealed to me in a dream 2 or three weeks earlier or so. This was one of the largest and longest quakes to occur, and of the same type, as the massive 1964 quake here in Alaska that occurred on Good Friday, March 27th, 1964, at 5:30 PM, when I was 6 years old.

So, I believe it was the voice of Martin Luther King, who spoke to me after many arduous hours fishing with a net in the ocean until 3:00AM having caught nothing to encourage me not to give up, which is the same thing that Jesus spoke to him when he was feeling like he was faltering and under attack by many sources.

And I grew up listening to the confidence and peaceful antics of boxer, Muhammed Ali, and became a bit of a rhymer myself.
It was an enjoyable reward the next day when the sun came out, after a weird experience the previous night when the car parked nearly in front of me had a camera on the dash, and someone ran up to my car in the middle of the night and shined a flashlight into the driver side of my car, and a tan SUV drove up, and the camera on the car dash, which was motion-sensored, was activated with a red light. So...yes, I did feel a bit intimidated. But, Martin Luther King, and Muhammed Ali, came to my rescue to encourage me.

I have to admit, I'm still a bit socially and culturally clueless at times, and can feel racist vibes within sometimes, towards different cultures, religions, social class...etc...sadly, but they don't seem to come from me, but, from the common enemy of humanity--
ok, you see?
it's another rhyme--

When I feel racism rise within me,
It's from the enemy;
of humanity;
All we have to do,
is "float like a butterfly, and sting like a bee,"
and knock out that hatred,
Like Muhammed Ali--

So, with the help of a local church, the MLK Day observance was a success, even though I was thinking all sorts of negative, insecure things, and felt weak inside, and struggling to focus.
But, all we have to do, is make an effort, and trust in God's power to do the rest;
And believe in the victory, even if we may not see it or feel it at first.
"My strength [power] is accomplished through human weakness."
--Jesus of Nazareth, to the Apostle Paul

He had a dream. Perhaps you did too.
Yeah, I have a dream...
That the Church will be ready when Jesus returns, and all true Christians,
and all who know God's love, as John said, leaving the door open for all people--

My cousin sent me a card once that showed cats pulling Santa's sleigh and they were saying things that cats typically say, and it read, "WHY SANTA DOESN'T USE CATS"

No, not a dream-- I can't fish in my sleep... the tidal current is pretty strong there,or the river. If you fall asleep, you would wake up pretty quick. It just happened after hours of fishing and being weary, and in a lot of pain due to spinal issues, from fishing alone (I mean not alone on the beach, even at 3:00 AM, but, drove there without help since no one could go along, and not wanting to give up and go home empty handed. A fishing trip can add up in expenses pretty quick, and one salmon sells for about $30.00 at the store. I heard this just as I was about to give up and go home.

Also in my life, as lady bug mentioned, while I have no idea of what I might be accused of, apparently there are those who want to believe there are unresolved issues, even myself at one time, until receiving a letter excusing my concerns from the appropriate authority, recently.

But, all my life, I have felt pursued-- by real, or imagined unknown sources, whether it has been legitimate fears, or at times paranoia, (stressed-induced, not delusionally-based,according to a neuro-psych doc), and in many ways, I have been, which is pretty typical for all true Christians, and I was called as a child. The stories I have heard, confirm that as Christians get more serious about serving God, and following Jesus, the more we ARE pursued by malicious enemies, either malicious people, or malicious enemies in the spiritual world, in life, sometimes in nightmares, and wherever we make a stand, like Martin Luther did, and Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., we can expect to be pursued by the enemies of God.

So, my fears are valid for the most part, but, often exaggerated, and sometimes have been irrational. One time decades ago, i drove a family member to Canada for a trip on the marine highway, and for unknown, and completely irrational idea, I felt I was being pursued, and drove as fast as I could without sleep, until I fell asleep at the wheel, in the mountains, in the middle of nowhere at way below zero degrees, Farenheit, and drove off the road into a snow bank. It could easily have led to a serious rescue situation as unprepared and clueless as I was. But, there "just happened," to be an old-timer who lived less than a mile down the road, who helped me dig out the car, and pulled it back onto the highway, and it actually started and ran, but, it was a cold trip. Before I drove off the road myself, I rescued two men who had also had car troubles, and drove one of them for help, which was pretty amazing considering how consumed with fear I was, to reach out to help someone in need of serious help. I remember he was amazed at how the heater was blasting at full heat, and how hot it was in the car, when it was so bitter cold outside. Probably at least 30 degrees below zero or more.

So, most of my life, I have felt like a rabbit-- kind of always wired--as one counselor said recently, rabbits are "the most pursued prey on the earth." and they know how to pray too. Once I stayed at a hotel where there were rabbits grazing on the lawn, and you could watch them out the window, and how they would perch on a mound upright as if they were praying, sort of relaxed, while always being alert and ready to dart off if they perceived a threat. There weren't many threats to rabbits, except cats, that would try to sneak up on the rabbits, but, the rabbits always saw them coming, or darted away more quickly than they could pounce.

So, I think a rabbit is a good way to describe the life of a Christian--
kind of relaxed, but, always ready for battle, if necessary...
That's just the way it is in this world.
And it's this way because it's perfectly created for a higher purpose.
If God could have created it differently,
He would have.

what I meant when I mentioned "what cats typically say," was, well, cats can't actually talk...:)
I meant that how cats are portrayed as what they MIGHT say IF they could talk...

that last post was to correct this one...what cats MIGHT typically say if they could talk...

I apologize for combining social chat with a serious subject, but, this is not a chat room--
and I'm not John the Baptist--
but, these are very serious times...

You're gonna love this! This is amazing! Just a few minutes ago, when I set the computer down, i glanced up at the wall in the hotel, and there is a picture of a basket on wheels on the wall, right in front of me-- In the basket, are 5 kittens; Three tabby-colored, and two calico multi-colored kittens (black, brown, and white).

So, I guess cats can talk!
Yep, wild stuff, for sure...
thank-you very much for writing! :)
