Well, it's not earth shattering, but it meant a lot to me. I went to the dentist today. An hour away...I live in a very small town with a grocery store and a couple of convenience stores; very few other amenities. So, first off, I didn't need the root canal. Thank you, Jesus. Saved a lot on the crown I didn't need either.

Then halfway home, the gas light came on. I did the math and figured I"d make it home, yet the closer I got the lower the fuel. I had a choice to make, 3 miles to a neighboring town or go for the 5 miles home. I thought and considered and thought again. I took the way of the three mile journey. I filled it and noticed the gallons...an entire tankful plus .01! I was riding on literal fumes.

Praise God! No long walk in the twilight and no panic over lack of a cell phone which had nearly died as I had a low battery and no charging means.

Now to fill up on the Word! God bless! -student

We may not sweat the small stuff but God certainly does in our day to day struggle. Praise God that you made the right decision to get gas and was able to get home. Also, that your dentist appointment turned out to be more positive than you thought it would be. You told a great story and wonderful testimony about how God looks out for us in the smallest detail.
