I want to share my husbands testimony and mine a little. My hubby had a hard life he was raised in a Christian home but he was getting beaten by his dad for like 6 years when he was in his teens and almost died, so he did not have a dad. He went out and partied and drank and became in a gang bang, bullied the bullied. smoke pott, cigs, drank, partied. He saw the devil 3 times. 3 forms, hot girl, a little girl and a beast, the devil said to him i am going to get you. He tried to find where he matter. He got asked to be in the sony productions for rapping but God closed the door on that. He saw his grandpa shoot himself, and found his uncle hung himself ;( that hurt him so much and his gf cheated on him while it happened, him taking care of them. He went back to stuff and was caught soon enough and went to prison and found JESUS there, he started reading the book of JOHN which changed his life, at the 17th chapter hes like this is real Jesus is real. A year later he was out and God told him i want you to be a pastor and go to liberty university so he applied which was a miracle his highschool grades were really bad. So he got accepted there and went there online. He went back to those addictions for 2010-2013. God was working on his life and mine the same year, wow just realized that. Go back 3 years of 2013, I asked for a Godly man in 2000, i said something like this God please give me a Godly man so i can know YOU. michael didnt want no one, his girlfriend cheated on him of 3 years. I do not know when He first came on facebook, but the end of may 2013 is where me and him met. I wrote him first, i am mean he was on fire for GOD. God told him i want you to marry her and go to Chicago but first get rid of the smoking cigs and pott and drinking, he gave it all up. My hubby told me many things about GOD, God was using him. We met got engaged 2 months and then married 2 months later. My hubby felt he neeed to get a yes from my dad so we went to see him and he accepted it. and got married 2 weeks later. We went through a lot. like 2016 was bad we lived at this aparment where we were arguing a lot, and michael slowly got into the drinking, smoking pott and cigs again. It actually started in 2015 but i found out in 2016. He was back and forth and the devil decieved thinking potts okay, smoking ciggs okay. He got in the trap of sin it was hard for him. 2015-2017 in those sins (smoking pott, smoking cigs and drinking a lot). He wanted out but couldnt and prayed felt done, he kept doing it, he could stopping it. He needed help guidance soon this month, around the 10th september, GOD told him again drinking and getting drunk is a sin and need to stop and cigerrates will become an idol and my husband was going to use patches but GOD told him no guess what he stopped cigerattes and drinking. TRUST GOD IN EVERYTHINGGG. HE WILL HELP YOU DELIEVER FROM YOUR ADDICTIONS. My husband neveer thought he would be freed well JESUS FREED HIM. be encouraged. GIVE IT TO GOD. HE WILL REVEAL IT TO YOU. WE DO NOT RELY ON FEELINGS WE RELY ON GODS WORD. <33333 we get trapped please dont trap yourself like my hubby dididiidid please. i did masturbation, didnt know it was a sin until i was broken and wanted out of pain and hurt God came to may 2013, stopped drin and HE slowly told me what is wrong and BY HIS POWER AND LOVE I STOPPED drinking, smoking, sleeping around, masturbation, bad movies, bad music everything against him goneeee. i still deal with fear Hes getting me out. I just had it all my life thought it was normal even though people told me fears wrong trust GOD. oh man pray for me with with this and my hubby dealing ocd like me oh man ugh blasphemy thoughts horrible, the reason hubbys dealing with it because he didnt want me suffering anymore so he asked God show me what shes dealing with let me have it oh man it put him in tail spin with those addictions more and more, but september 10, 2017 he was delievred from those addiction.The answer of those ocd thing is GODS WORDDDDDD. USE IT i do it works, DONT FEAR THE THOUGHT AND KNOW IT ISNT YOU. CAST IT TO GOD AND HE WILL TAKE IT AWAY. this will be gone in JESUS NAME <33 BUT FELT HE told me it keeps me humble. Please pray for my hubby no more addictions he stays away. PLEASE learn from this. I hate sin and dont want to sin i repented, of fear and use GODS WORD <3 CAST YOUR CARES ON JESUS because HE CARES FOR YOU 1 PETER 1:7 that is a commandment because the FATHER GOD commands it because HE LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE IN PEACE. AND YOU WONT HAVE DEPRESSION UNGODLY FEAR, WORRY, CONFUSION YOU WILL HAVE PEACE THAT SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANING PHIL 4:7
