If I was not over-medicated with pain meds, then I was in pain.
I did not enjoy much of the day and so, in a place of privacy, I started to grumble.
Then I grumbled that I was grumbling to God. But then God reminded me of the alternatives.
"Hey, at least you can ____. Hey, enjoy whatchya got! Remember Me."
And I know this seems far-reaching, but it was the lift needed to keep me on my feet.

Prayer:
Lord, first, I am so sorry for how childish or rude my heart can be.
I know, "You're human, this tends to happen." But, as I observe Moses and what *happened
because of grumbling and ungratefulness, I certainly want to be better on this.
While I slipped up in thought, I thank you that you changed my course.
And so I ask you to keep reminding me of ways and reasons to rejoice-- even on days like today--
and that I think on what matters to You more.

Anyways, I pray for others who are fighting you inwardly, in those secret places of thought.
Bring the Scripture needed to one's heart, and help myself and some other to apply it as You desire.
In Jesus' name, Your Will be done. Amen.
