whenever I hear Josh Bates song: "You never give up on me", always remembering me how God saved me and keep me on fire...

I was born and raised in a Christian family (my mom is a Priest), so knowledge about God and bible things must be guaranteed on me.. but, the fact is NO.. my mom was very busy with services in Church while dad with his government office..and the children was quite abandoned..
this life keep running until I was on High School year,, my sister asked me to go to a youth fellowship and I experienced God's warmest hug on me..
It was on 2008 July when I got Baptized again (reborn) without parent's notification... It was the first time on my life when I have my own decision without any interruptions..
18 years.. yeah 18 years I'd wasted time.. I'm very grateful Jesus never give up on me for that 18 years,, He keep calling and protecting me.. think how if I didn't come to that Fellowship?
my life will just very lost, and empty..

(just wanna share this moment to everybody), maybe we might giving up at the sad and difficult time, but God never give up on us

I love that no matter how much we endure we are always able to truly endure it when we are our Gods child because of his strength that he so lovingly shares with his child. So many times when I was under spiritual attack (which happens on the regular when you really get close and strive to get close to our God) The world could be coming down in shambles around you and he just comforts you and sustains you emotionally no matter what. So many times I swear he has popped into my head talking me through really intense emotional moments in my life. When life gets so hard and painful I normally will say over and over "My God is with me" which fills me (eventually) with perfect peace. I swear sometimes it feels like he picks me up and just carries me. Some days I just envision him holding me in his arms hiding me under his wing. In his arms I feel this perfect peace. The devils crap cant touch me. I am filled with this soul laughter. This pure delight in being alive right that moment. Its like he deflects every single thought of struggle and pain that I was experiencing in my life with a flick of his finger. He is MY God and King and oh man alive....he is way beyond worthy. He is forever and always. He is the lover of our souls. He is the best best best thing to ever happen to my life. He is alive. He is mine and I am his. ***grinz*** you are right. God never ever ever gives up on us. ((coughs....got a lil carried away as I normally do when I start talking about my God))
