Well anyways today I went to the dentist to get some teeth pulled. My teeth are just beyond saving from a dad that never took us to a dentist growing up to having to sacrifice getting my teeth fixed so I was able to buy plane tickets to see my Daughter each year. The dentist was shocked that I wasn't in serious pain and informed me that almost every single one of my teeth had infection in them and then she put me on a 1000 mg of antibiotics a day for the next 10 days. Get this folks....I feel NO pain that I should be feeling with a mouth full of infection. Man alive our Lord is GOOD to his children. It just absolutely delighted me when I realized that my Jesus was keeping the pain away and the infection from killing me :D

God at work.
"and nothing deadly will hurt you", even if it's through your gums.
I guess we shall have to start calling you Mrs. Gumby.
George Washington had wooden teeth, and He founded a country.
Maybe you can found a nation of 'gumbys' in the kingdom of heaven.
More consomme,(from your husband);......coming right up!

Good to hear your teeth are doing fine, but please remember and remind everyone here, that the blessings of God fall on the good and the bad,and I mean the good are the ones who have been saved through repentance and faith proven by deeds, and the bad ore those in the world who reject God, or the ones who profess Christ, but live sinful, worldly life.

The rain also falls on the just and unjust, ans IF you are still in sin, or in bondage, its not Gods way of telling you He is happy with you, but he is just patient, and, long suffering, and wanting none to perish, but for all to come to repentance(stop sinning) and seek His mercy. He is no respecter of persons.

How funny, am going for the same type of treatment (for 1 tooth only) in a few hours and was a bit nervous ha ha...

Thanks for being the instrument of god at the right moment and reminding me to trust in his presence in all circumstances.

Wow! That's sounds like a really tough thing to endure sister. My heart is out to you. I've had one friend go through the same thing at about forty a few years ago and for many of the same reasons.

Of course, this was very common in our grandparent's generation. My grandparents had their remaining teeth pulled while in their early thirties. That was normal then.

Today, it's the exception rather than the rule for those under fifty.

Even though i know you to be a strong person, some extra love will help you through the transition. Be sure to get some hugs from your friends. I'd give you a big hug if you were in my circle of chaos... errr... I mean friends.

Jesus loves you and so do we. *kiss on the cheek*.

WOW! Looking back over some old post pages I saw this and couldn't believe it. I'm in the exact same situation for the exact same reasons. Need major dental work, most teeth pulled, lots of infection going on. And NO PAIN! I am somewhat careful of what I eat, no apples, corn on the cob, peanut brittle, but that's it.

But the dentist wouldn't give me any antibiotics. Said they would also effect other parts of me, couldn't give one that was that specific. Maybe my dentist should talk to your dentist? PRAISE GOD!!! I've been praying for Him to heal my teeth, but am now just grateful there is no pain.

Thank you for the reminder. Blessings and prayers for you.
