My Journey With God

This is my testimony

So, 5 months ago i went to a bible camp and during that bible camp, my faith was ok, i believed in god but i often turned away from him and focused on something else, after bible camp my faith was good, i believed in god but i didn't really feel like something was complete in my life.

About 3 weeks after bible camp, me and my dad was in cedar rapids replacing a tractor tire when my mom called, saying she was going to get tested for thyroid cancer, i was really worried so we brought her some mcdonalds.

We went home and me and my dad talked about it throughout the week and whenever we talked about it, i got really emotional, i felt so hopeless and helpless and i actually thought she was going to die and thats when my faith hit rock bottom.

One day at church, me and my mom were worshipping and i felt god in my heart, he told me that eveything was going to be alright, he gave me peace.

When i got into my mom car, about 6 miles from home, she said that she got the test results back and that she has cancer, what i said was pretty amazing, i said ok, what do we have to do.

Nobody told me, my mom didn't tell me, my dad didn't tell me, GOD told me that church when he gave me peace

Since then, god has talked to me 4 times, has showed his presence 11 times, i felt god love for the first time 3 months ago and had my first emotional prayer 3 months ago.

and thats is my testimony

Yes, dear one and brother in Christ, and so am I! God sends us many tests within our lifetime and they are designed so that our faith in Him grows even Stronger. But He would never send us more than we can possibly bear. I will pray for your dear Mother that He gives her healing according to His will. And know that Jesus never refused to heal anyone who came to Him or who asked Him to be healed or for that of another person. Your faith in Jesus must be the strongest now and your Mother's as well. Do not look at what the night brings but rather look towards the beautiful Light of God the next morning. God is standing right there by your side my young little friend. He knows how concerned you are about your dear Mother and He will bless her more than you know when you go to Him with you prayer request. He will send you many blessings as well as you cared enough about your Mother to tell Him so.

May your day be filled with Hope and Joy in that Jesus is at the Center of your Mother's need! Only Believe and keep your faith Strong, as those are the KEYS that can unlock the wonders that Christ Jesus has promised us. May God bless both your Mother and you. You receive a Big ((((Hug)))) from all of us this Christmas Day! Know that you are Very Special in the eyes of God!
