Shalom,

I first want to give honor to God for all blessings in my life. There is so many testimonies out there, and its great that God moves through so many lives! My testimony is about my trip to Japan over the summer of 2012.

In the past years I have taken Japanese as a foreign language. About 2-3 years of taking it, I keep hearing about a trip that they offer for us to go to Japan. I told my mother about it, and she was all for me going. She was ready to try to pay it and everything before getting to know more about it. Well there was a problem, the cost of the trip alone is $4000, and then i had to save money for food and souvenirs. Well in 2011, i was late at trying to sign up for the trip since i heard it starts in the summer of 2012. Since it was so expensive, only few signed up to go, most likely 5-8 people. Well my family and I were trying our best to get money saved up and everything for me to go. It was extremely distressed, especially the thought of saving $4000+! So I one day i prayed to the Lord that if it be His will that I visit this beautiful country, that He would help us financially. Well one day, after school, I left school after the bell had rang, and i was heading towards my bus stop. This fellow i know, same grade, tells me that my name was called on the announcements. I had no idea they said my name or anything. because i left school directly after the bell had rang. So i walk back to the school and go inside and find out i was called to go to my Japanese class. Once i got there, there was like 20 or more people in the building. I was in shock, and i was late...But they all called my name, "Bryan!" they all shouted. I had no idea what was happening. So they tell me to go to the front of the class. Remember i have no idea whats happening, so confused. And one of my Japanese teachers asked me in Japanese, "Do you know the trip to Japan?" I'm like yes i do. (im still in front of the whole class, and they all are staring and smiling at me), she then asked me that the trip is $4000. Im like yes (im aware of it). And she plainly told me...Everyone in this room (20 of us) is going to Japan...Im like for realz!? (remember before there was 5-8 people). I look at the class, all around me with my mouth open wide, and i said with confusion like, "Are you serious?". I had my eyes opened wide and with my mouth gaping. Im over here trying to comprehend this miracle! And the whole class laughs in joy and happiness, and this girl shouts out, "Its free, you don't have to pay for it!" Im like wow!!! And I find out later that Kizuna, a project, about the helping of those who suffered the tsunami in Japan. Kizuna Project is making my trip free, because America was the first country out of all the countries to step out and help them through their tribulation. So they made it free for thousands of students all around America that take Japanese classes! And they picked our state! Hallelujah! The Lord heard my prayer, and has not forgotten His children! Glory to God! I went to Japan for 2 weeks, and it was the best experience I ever had overseas. No other place I have been compares to the beauty of Japan. Hopefully this strengthens you brothers and sister in Christ that God will hear you, especially if you trust Him, and put your Faith in Him in everything! Japan was 100% worth it! It was a beautiful, awesome, vacation, especially for free! Thank you for your time. Amen.
