My roomie and I prayed for his going to help some of our neighbors.
Since he is the one who has a deeper relationship with them already,
and since he knew about their need, he is the one who opted in going
to help them move their couch. As my roomie made haste to help,
I prayerfully walked from our upstairs apartment to my vehicle to do
something else I needed to do. Unknown to me was the conversation
that took place during my leave.

Only fifteen minutes later, I was surprised to see my best buddy
pull into the same parking-lot (a "car-park" to some) as me.
He was brimming with amazement. [Ideator,] "I was just over
at So-and-so's place and we got to talking about what a pastor is.
I said, "He is a person who helps us follow our faith." In reply,
our Hindu neighbor said, "So that is like a priest for my religion."
Then, praise God, the conversation eventually led to my friend
sharing Jesus with someone who only "needed" a couch moved.

Pray for our Hindu friends, that God continues to guide us into their lives,
so that they can observe the power of Christ in our lives. May they, too,
recognize Christ as Lord.

To God be the glory. Amen.
