I am new here, but if this section is for praise reports…I hope to post on here a lot to bring the Lord some of the glory I can give Him.
Today, my wife who is a very good fiction writer, finally got a break. She has been working on her writing since she was a kid. She had a run at screenplays, won lots of contests, but couldn’t get past that stage. She wrote plays that have been published, but that doesn’t do much for a writer these days. She has had a short story published, but again, no one came knocking like we thought. Well…today…she finally got a literary agent! Her agent is very experienced, has a great reputation, and wants to seek publishers as early as next week for her first novel!
It has been a long time coming, but God has blessed my wife, me, and our family today. I expect the Lord will continue to bless her career as a writer.
She has a number of health issues and could use your prayers, but also please praise God with me today for his blessing of something she has worked very hard to achieve.
