I've been in a few AOG's & they seem to be fine. Now that doesn't mean the whole denomination is fine, though. The General Council thru the years have allowed bad televangelists in their organization (Jimmy Swaggart comes to mind).

As far as the Holy laughter stuff, that's infiltrating several denominations, not just the AOG.

IMO, I don't think many AOG churches are corrupted, but I question their organization's national board. My reasoning is that most denomination's national boards have left their position of servanthood & replaced it with top-down hierarchical management that overlords their churches. It's these boards today that's seizing & selling off churches & setting out their congregations on the street.
To me that's playing God.

The last time I attended I was informed that all pastor's wives were also pastors and therefore teachers. This is contrary to the word of God. I am not being legalistic I am just following God's truth instead of the rampart fantasy of todays aog.

What offends me is their total lack of adherence to the Word of God and their continual twisted use of God's word to get money out of the congregation. When I attended the aog there were two sermons every meeting. The first was a guilt trip on donations and tithing (not in the New Testament) and then the so called word.

LoL...Well....Let the Holy Spirit be the judge.....As far as I know im pretty sure that Im saved...The Blood of Jesus paid for my sins....I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior a long time ago....And I wasn't wrong when I made my decision....someday I will meet Jesus to my home in heaven.

If you don't believe me...well that is your problem...im not here to convince you....ok God bless you brother.
i don't believe in you, neither do my belief has got nothing to do with you.i am not the one who is going to take you to Heaven. We are all running, and if you want to check, check things out than laugh it out.Either way it's none of my concern.
It's your personal life and none of my business. All i said was facts and all you said was your opinion.
i didn't judge.

women can teach, there is no problem in that. There are have been incredible women throughout history that stood and shared the Gospel even today.Except that it should be done in an order and humble way.God uses women too.But the problem with many churches are that they have cult members, church is funded by corrupt people, most have satanic cult links.i am not joking. And every Church movement disintegrates in course of time.No one cares.Everybody is in a haste to go to Heaven without any loss here. But that's going to be the very problem why many perish.Comfort seekers don't make it.
Cling on to God is the only solution.
Because if we look at the world, there are no perfect churches.Every church has a part of the True Church which is going to be taken in Christ's second coming.
