Last your, my little brother got hit with a baseball. His leg hurt so we thought of course no biggy. After 3 months of going to the sports medicine doctor, we decided to send him into a physical therapist. The therapist pulled the right leg (the one that was hurt) and my brother yelled in pain. He then proceeded to pull the other leg and my brother said he was still in pain. The therapist concluded it was a back problem. He sent him to a neurologist. They did an MRI on his back and concluded that he had a tumor that might be cancerous. My parents didn't think it would work, but I did. I prayed. I was determined to P.U.S.H. (Pray until something happens). They went in to take the tumor out, but the surgery didn't go well. My brother was on his death bed. My pastor came and prayed over him. A few minutes after the pastor left, my little brother started feeling better. He got to go home for Christmas that year. March 2009, he started having pain again. They had said the tumor had come back. BTW the 1st time the tumor was benign. They said they were sure it was malignant this time. I started praying, my youth group prayed, and the whole church was praying for him. We set up a surgery date, and the surgery day the doctor for some reason wanted to do another MRI. When they looked at the MRI, the tumor was gone. They took several MRI's trying to figure out what happened. My parents said is was a miracle (of course they won't give credit to God). I believe without a shadow of doubt that God performed a miracle. As selfish as this might be, I believe he did it for me. I had stopped believing in God and doing my own thing. After what happened with my brother, and me deciding to pray, I believe that is when God became real to me. :)
