Microwave Divinity

Raeshelle, the fudge sounds yummy and easy, I plan to try it....
My mother-in-law makes divinity this way, but I haven’t tried making it
myself yet. But I do know it tastes goooood!! :) Enjoy

Microwave Divinity

2-2/3 cups sugar
½ cup water
1 cup nuts
2/3 cup corn syrup
3 egg whites

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in 8 qt. Glass cup or
bowl and cook on high 12-15 min or 260 degrees. Beat
egg whites until stiff. Add lil pinch of salt. Gradually pour hot syrup
into whites, beating constantly until very stiff. Stir in nuts
and drop from teaspoon on waxed paper.
