Yesterday morning I fell down the stairs off the stage at church. My only worry was for modesty since I was wearing a dress. Consequently, I don't really brave for impact. I'm sure it was one for the books, but today I feel... Well I feel like I fell down the stairs. I've got bumps, bruises, and scratches up and down both shins, and on both knees, my back, and hips. I'm supposed to be training, but any kind of movement is painful. I was out this morning on business for about 5 hours and I barely made it back. I can walk a dozen or so miles without a problem, but I wanted to sit down and start cryin after about a half mile today.
