Audio popping when in the chat rooms

When someone talks or when a video plays in the chat rooms my speakers pop. The best way to explain is it sounds like the speakers cant handle high volumes.

I've tried several internet browsers and the quality fluctuates depending on which internet browser I use.

Do you have the latest flash player? Do you have the latest audio drivers for your sound card?
Do you have any problems with any other VOIP?

I have the latest flash player. I need to see if my audio drivers need to be updated. I don't have any problems with any other other VOIP.
