WHEN I TOLD TO THE CHOLOS THAT I WANTED TO ENTER TO THE GANG...THEY STARTED LAUGHING...AND THEN THEY GOT ANGRY WITH ME. THEY TOLD ME I WAS A LITLLE "MOCOSO"(PEYORATIVE FOR YOUNG BOYS)

ONE OF THEM DIDN'T LAUGH AND DIDN'T GET ANGRY WITH ME.

HE TOLD ME; "OK YOU WANT TO BE ONE OF US? OK YOU WILL BE ONE OF US...BUT YOU CAN'T TURN BACK AGAIN OK ? WE NEED TO TALK THIS WITH THE COUNCIL, TOMORROW I'LL TELL YOU."

I SAID YES, AND I WAS NERVOUS BUT EXCITED.

THE NEXT DAY ONE OF THE THEM TELL ME THAT THE COUNCIL WANTED TO SEE ME AT 7:00 P.M. AT AN SPECIFIC PLACE WITHOUT FAIL.


SO I WENT TO THE PLACE AT 7 PM...
