I will be running a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu men's small group with my church in a couple of weeks and I'm seeking some music to play in the background during drill time, rolling, etc...

I'm looking for more energetic Christian music like...

Dubstep,
Electronic,
Rock.

INB4 people who don't know about BJJ, railing on me because they think that I'm starting a fight club at my church, this is BJJ

Thanks guys :)

dig around youtube & soundcloud for Slovack, Swedish Revolution, Karac, Re5a, Wavedude, Josiah Kramer -- high quality, high energy Christian dubstep.

you may be able to find some longish dj sets by them or others like them, like 30 min or more, so you don't have to make a playlist.

i guess i should post at least one video . .

to be fair most dubstep and electronic is without lyrics so anything should be fine.

but don't you just love it when the lyrics that are present are honoring God instead of lust, humanism or worldliness?

not really if im listening to electronic or dubstep. If I wanted lyrics, I go for a different genre. Also not too big on many christian artists.

i like instrumental music too. but if a song has a minimum of lyrics, i'd would rather they be something like "there is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain"
as opposed to "i wanna feel your body shake, feel the music and make you shake"

My vote goes to Project 86! Especially their 2009 release Picket Fence Cartel. This is their first track off the album and it generally follows the same sound. Good luck in getting that group started brother.
