this certainly opened my eyes.
Hundreds of school children, among them a pupil of only eight, have been caught with drugs on school premises, new figures reveal.
An eight-year-old and a nine-year-old in Staffordshire were caught with cannabis, as was a 10-year-old girl at a Leicester primary school, while another 10-year-old in Greater Manchester was carrying £5 worth of the drug.
There were 241 incidents involving 15- to 16-year-olds and 231 incidents involving 11- to 14-year-olds.
In Greater Manchester, a 14-year-old was caught with heroin with a street value of £500, and a 16-year-old with a quantity worth £330.

Well they were looking for a (jolly) ole time chap........It is the same over here on this side of the pond....12-14 year olds taking mass quanities of viagra and having the proverbial Roman O---....and xtc, weed, speed, coke, pills of every flavor, color, and desired effect....smoking bath salts and if it can burn..they will turn and make the good ole American $$$$$.......crazy for sure....!

my thoughts were more on ware did the child get the drug, would they have took it from there parents, the younger one, ie 8-9 10. year olds
sorry this might sound stupid, what age do you have to be before you can buy drugs.

if i was a drug dealer i would say to a 8- 16 year olds, come back when your 95 years old, and be accompanied with both parents.

the teen agers could selling for some one or for to make a profit for there selfs. ie profit for someone.
