Ingrdients:
-chop onion to about 0.5 square cm size
-Fry onion in oil until it's partially cooked
-add beef mince and salt and fry until all the water has dried.
-Put a tortilla on a pan, add a small even amount of cheese and the beef. Finish with a tortilla on top.
-Turn the quesadilla after every few minutes on low heat to prevent burning.
-Repeat the last two procedures to make 6 quesadillas
-Serve with guacamole and salsa...
- 12 Tortillas
- 3 Large onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tblsp Vegetable oil
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- O.25 kg mince beef or boiled and shredded beef
