I have a middle name but everyone just calls me by my first name, otherwise it would be too long to say

?!

Some girls at school had two names, like I knew a Lola Rose, and a Sara Rose.
You would never call them just Lola or Sara or Rose.

Lisa Marie was never known as just Lisa.

Though I dont know amongst her friends what pet names they may have had for her. Elvis seemed to have a few that only his mother and girlfriends would call him.

Elvis middle name was Aaron (or Aron?) but nobody ever called him Elvis Aaron.
