And somewhere in Australia, they are trying to impose a cigarette ban in a prison...I don't know what would be worse for them!

Most (if not all) prison systems in the US went smokeless years ago................which of course doesn't stop inmates from getting cigarettes, it just makes it more difficult (and expensive).
