Waking up everyday waiting to see your face, waiting for that little push to let me know its all gonna be ok.

Quoting scripture before I go to bed, lie my head down in the silence waiting for your way.

Never knew it could be like this, feeling so loved and in awe.

You break me down, only to pull me up.

When i feel a tug in my heart, I know its you.

Whispering in my ear, Oh my daughter how I miss you.

I get back on track, only to fall short again.

But you were there through it all, misty eyes and laughter.

Never did you leave.

Thank you Father, you were there all along, and never gave up on me.

Countless times I say I'll live for you,
Only to forget your name.
Countless times I say I'll do your work,
Only to give up.
Countless times I say I won't return to where I was,
Only to cave in.
Yet when I return,
You're waiting for me with open arms.
When I fall down,

When I walk astray,
You chase me like a lost sheep.
Your mercy is overflowing.
Your kindness is abundent.
Your Greatness is frightening.

Dear Satan,

At first what you gave me was fun,
God was not pleased with the choices I had made.
As the days pressed on the enjoyment wore off.
God was growing tiresome of my sinful ways.
Eventualy, you turned my life into a living hell.
There seemed like no way out.
No where to breath.
Doomed to hell.
Surrounded in darkness, I prayed.
My Father's hand grabbed you by the throat, and set me free.
The life that I onced lived, was not part of his plan.
I'm done with that life,
This is goodbye.

I feel the cool of night

I gaze into the sparkling diamonds in the sky

Not only do i feel an incredible soft spoken peace, but I also feel a belonging

I feel your presence, God, sweeping in over my heart

Your incredible joy brings tears to my eyes

Not tears of sorrow, but tears of an indescribable love

You amaze me, day in and day out

Amazed, what is amazed?

What words can take place of describing your being

No words can, nothing within a human being could ever start to describe your incredible indescribable love for me

I hear your voice whispering in the wind,
That still small voice, telling me all is OK,
You are there in my troubles,
There in my joy,
Lord, your love is my comfort.
Stay with me through the night,
Let me know all is alright.

this poem I will say from the heart, as the other has done.


Lord, My Father: O My God:
when I knew not where to go, you guided me.
when I was lost, Father it was you who found me.
when my heart was akeing, you comforted me.
when I am in pain, you healed me.
Oh, how I wish I could repay.
but: I will praise you, now and every day.
when I was wondering in a lost world,
you called me by name, and shune your light before me.
when my eyes was blind from tears, you looked for me.
Lord, I thank you... it was you who when I was sold in sin:
you paid for me...
Now my heart is filled with laughter, and my eyes wide open,
my body have no more need for sin and my hope is restored.
My Lord, My God... you did it to me: All For Me.
For me, for me, O, Lord you did it for me.
