Yes, God is trying to perfect us and which the laws were made to let us know how far we are off the path. The tree was put there to let us all know that God isn't finished with His creations; maybe the physical part was, but the inner being wasn't finished. We should all know by now that we all are unfinished (imperfected) beings, and we should submit to God so that we can become perfect. By us following the laws had kepted us from maturing like leaving the training wheels on a bike and never taking them off. The process in maturing is very harsh because we has free will and the only way to teach us is by putting us in difficult situations to see how it feel to be in that situations and so that we make sure that we doesn't put others in that situations. But it is many of things that we must accomplish to work toward to perfection.

God does not cause disobedience to Himself. That is retarded. God lets people make their choice. He can put pharaoh to the test even if God knows pharaoh will fail. God picked pharaoh because He wanted him to be judged.

The frequent use of the bible as a weapon nowadays is utterly sickening. They cunningly carry the bible and quote snippets of scriptures while disseminating their lethal messages. They claim to be preaching the word of God however their primary objective is to defame Christianity and the character of God, consequently they oppose the gospel and hinder salvation of souls. It is the antichrist spirit and another tactic of Satan against the furtherance of God's kingdom. No wonder Jesus gave this warning: "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven" (Matt 7:21).

Falcon, please the bible is not a shot gun. The Westboro Baptist Church methodology won’t get you anywhere but rather drive people away from God. God indeed has hatred for sin but love and mercy is also His nature that's why He sent the Light into the world that the world through Him might be saved. If you really want to see unbelievers turn to God then maybe you should start proclaiming the good news of the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ for salvation.
