I Waited Patiently For Him,
There is no end to His vigilance and His mercy is forever
pouring over us. From the first page of scripture, to the
last, God is demonstrating His love for us. He gave us
covenant after covenant after covenant because we kept
going astray. Each time He developed a new covenant,
it was to get us on the right path to His love. Really and
truly He has been and always will be there for us, He will
catch us when we stumble and He will pick us up when
we fall. He never, ever gives up on us, His compassion is
continuing to show us His unbridled redemption to our lives.
Our course is to never stop believing and never diminish
our faith in Him. It is our trust that sets us free because it
brings us closer to experiencing His love for us and at the
same time encouraging us to love Him more. We are His
children after all but His Fatherhood is not earthly. It is
divine. Our Lord has created in us an urgent desire to love
Him. We need only to comply.
