There are no good people:
And Jesus said to him, "Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone.” Mrk 10:18 RSV
However, all people go to heaven when they repent of their sin:
[19] Open to me the gates of righteousness,
that I may enter through them
and give thanks to the LORD.
[20] This is the gate of the LORD;
the righteous shall enter through it. Psalm 118:19-20
[17] From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."
