There is a report of a woman who lifted off her son a Chevy car that had fallen on him.
Copeland mentioned a car he totaled that when he tried to get out, the door wouldn't open as it was jammed. He said he then hit the door to get it to open and it flew off its hinges.
Then he told a story of a demonicly controled man that had lifted a very heavy safe and then said something about him ripping open his own chest with his bare hands.
Then there's my lovely little daughter. She is only 5 foot 2 inches tall, weighs 95 lbs at the age of 19. This won't mean much to the guys, but to the women, she wears pants/shorts between size 12 child to a zero adult. Small, right? Like my wife, she is petite, but don't let her small frame and lady like characteristics fool you. At times she has demonstrated above normal strength.
Well, about 2 years ago, she came in the house beaming with glee. She was playing football with her older brother of 2 years, who has a medium build, and a slender but tall neighbor, who is the same age as my son. Both had got a hold of my daughter when she got the ball, but couldn't take her down or stop her from dragging them both through the end zone. She did admit that she was starting to slow down at the end though.
I talked to my son about that and he confirmed that they couldn't stop her and that she dragged both of them together, with a combined weight of about 280 lbs, hanging on to her, across the line. This is from someone who complains if she has to walk or peddle up a hill too far.
So, what do you think about people that display super human strength at times or maybe only once? How did they get that way or what caused them to be so strong?
Scientists believe it to be adrenaline, but what do you think?

Samson was strong by the power of God. God gave us adrenal glands to help us when we needed extra strength. Does God give us a little boost if we need him to? Why not. He is God.

Personally, I think some acts go above the adrenaline thing. Even athletes don't do as well with when their adrenaline kicks in.

I think the Lord can give strength out today as He did then, by faith.
