If you mean an avatar, the pic under your name in the forums, then from the main page (click the logo in the top left corner of the page) you'll see a line of blue words. One says Avatar, click it and follow the instructions.
If you mean a pic on your actual profile, go to the same set of blue words and one will say 'Photo'.
