Sometimes the quote, “I did it!” comes just getting out of bed. Just getting a shower, getting dressed, or willing to face the day. Willing to stay sober on day two after years of being an alcoholic. Getting off a shift that was highly stressful, only to get up and do it again the next day. Willing to respond with kindness to the 365th day of your child's morning breakdown. The willingness to say no to anxiety even if for a moment. Remember even in the miniscule of the I did its, they will if continued amount to the I did it of recovery, of healing, or breakthrough, and of joy. Never underestimate the little victories for victory in war is made up of many victories within the many battles. You are a warrior and a champion for every battle you fight and every victory no matter how small they may be. So, if you will contemplate on the I did its of yesterday or today. If none come to mind then ask yourself what small task can I obtain victory over today and go do it! Do it again the next day and the day after. Then you will soon begin to say, “I did it!” Let's look at the horizon and not the valley you are in.

Philippians 4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.

Philippians 4:12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Amen, thank you.
