It depends what kind of love. I wouldn't depend upon the love that brings sexual desires for this individual. Anyway, God teaches us to love everyone. I recognize it forgiving of you to come to this state with your ex.

If your love for your ex is overshadowing your love for your current husband or causing problems in your marriage then yes it is wrong. If you love him as a friend only or as God has taught us to love our neighbors, then no.
