The abbreviations stand for, Jesus-Jelly-Tortilla. It's called this because I make the tortillas myself with flour, so when the tortilla is made the plates are powdery and it reminds me of what they ate back in the day(hence Jesus in the name). After I've made two tortillas, I spread jelly on one side then flip it into a taco form(hence jelly in the name). Since it's mainly the tortilla, I added 'Illa' to the end. It's a quick snack if the tortillas are store bought. If not, it's a good snack for reading a book or just sitting around the house. I hope you try it someday.
